One Pattern Piece to Rule Them All!
Share
Today we're going to go over how to use all-in-one pattern pieces. These are handy because they use less paper, and you have less pattern pieces to store. You will see this sometimes with necklines (back pieces have a higher neckline than the front). On our romper pattern, we've done this with the nursing access and high-low hemline.
Notice how there's a flap of paper on top? That's the higher hemline option. To use both options interchangeably with the same pattern piece, simply cut on the higher line and attach back together with a single small piece of tape.
Now you can flip that piece up and down!
